Booking Confirmation and Deposits

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the tour. If booking within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: 20% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 15 – 29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

Changes and Amendments

• Requests to modify your booking must be made in writing and may be subject to availability and additional fees.
• Ele Adventures reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodation in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, park regulations).

Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal injury, and trip cancellation is mandatory for all clients. Ele Adventures is not responsible for any personal loss or damage incurred during the tour.

Health and Safety

• All participants should be in suitable physical condition for the chosen itinerary. Ele Adventures reserves the right to decline participation if health concerns arise.
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Liability and Responsibility

• Ele Adventures shall not be held liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
• The company is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or additional costs incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation issues.

Passport, Visa, and Entry Requirements

• Clients are responsible for ensuring their passport, visa, and any necessary travel documents are valid and up to date.

Complaints and Disputes

• In case of dissatisfaction or a complaint, please notify our team as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, any dispute will be governed by Tanzanian law.

• By confirming a booking with Ele Adventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
